EPA Could Face Massive Suit Over Pesticide Controls

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 2:33 PM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has violated several laws and endangered animals and humans alike in its negligent regulation of pesticides and herbicides, according to the Center for Biological Diversity, which has given the agency 60 days to clean up its act before it sues.
