Union Claims ConocoPhillips Withheld Job Bids

Law360 (December 6, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A labor union representing workers at a ConocoPhillips refinery has taken the energy company to federal court for allegedly withholding bids for open positions and hiring subcontractors to perform duties usually done by employees.
