Merck Drug Liability MDL To Go To Trial: Judge

Law360, New York (January 29, 2010, 7:05 PM EST) -- A federal judge has refused a bid by Merck & Co. Inc. to toss a bellwether case in multidistrict litigation over whether use of the osteoporosis drug Fosamax can cause degenerative jawbone disease, setting the case up for an April trial.
