Baylor Loses Bid To Force Insurer To Arbitrate Contract

Law360, New York (February 1, 2010, 5:06 PM EST) -- Nippon Life Insurance Co. of America has won dismissal of a suit from Baylor University Medical Center to compel arbitration on claims related to late payments under a hospital services agreement, on the grounds that the parties never agreed to arbitrate.
