Shell Loses Bid To Toss PPG's Supply Agreement Suit

Law360, New York (February 1, 2010, 6:53 PM EST) -- Shell Chemical LP and its subsidiary Motiva Enterprises LLC have lost their bid to either toss or transfer a suit accusing them of improperly terminating a three-year agreement to purchase PPG Industries Inc.'s diaphragm-grade liquid caustic soda for use at Texas refining facilities.
