Key Energy Settles D&O Coverage Spat With Twin City

Law360, New York (February 1, 2010, 2:07 PM EST) -- Key Energy Services Inc. has settled its directors and officers coverage dispute with Twin City Fire Insurance Co., which it claimed should shell out nearly $1 million of the $21.9 million Key paid to settle two shareholder lawsuits.

Judge Robert Junell of the the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas closed the case on Friday after the parties notified the court that they had agreed on a settlement.
