ITC Launches Sunset Review Of Chinese Tissue Paper

Law360 (February 1, 2010, 3:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission is considering whether to revoke anti-dumping duties imposed on certain tissue paper from China in 2005, less than four months after one Chinese company lost a bid to get the U.S. Department of Commerce to revoke the duties against it.

The ITC announced in Monday's Federal Register that it is launching a five-year sunset review of the duties, as required by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act. The five-member commission voted unanimously to launch the investigation Jan. 14.
