Ta Chen Seeks Another Remand Of Steel Pipe Duties

Law360, New York (February 2, 2010, 5:16 PM EST) -- Taiwan-based Ta Chen Stainless Pipe Co. Ltd. has asked the U.S. Court of International Trade to force the U.S. government to comply with a remand order requiring it to adjust anti-dumping duties on steel pipe fittings, arguing that a second redetermination failed to address evidence presented by the company.
