Pryor Cashman Remains As Counsel In Jeans IP Suit

Law360, New York (February 2, 2010, 4:46 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge has refused to disqualify Pryor Cashman LLP from defending Joe's Jeans Inc. in a declaratory suit brought by Revise Clothing Inc. over the design of back pockets on jeans, rejecting the plaintiff's argument that the firm has access to proprietary information because it represented Revise in another trademark case.

Magistrate Judge James C. Francis IV of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday paved the way for Pryor Cashman to continue working on the case.
