Monster To Buy HotJobs From Yahoo For $225M

Law360, New York (February 4, 2010, 12:39 PM EST) -- Job search portal Monster Worldwide Inc. has entered into a deal to buy employee recruitment Web site HotJobs from beleaguered Yahoo Inc. for $225 million in cash — far less than Yahoo paid for the site in 2002.

New York-based Monster said Wednesday the deal also includes includes a three-year Internet traffic agreement.
