Law360, New York (February 4, 2010, 3:44 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has breathed new life into Homeland Training Center LLC's monetary damages claims in its suit accusing Summit Point Automotive Research Center of breaching an agreement to lease part of its training facility to the government program.
