Fried Frank Fights Back In $50M Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (February 4, 2010, 4:03 PM EST) -- Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP is firing back in a lesbian attorney's $50 suit claiming higher-ups did nothing to stop sexual advances from a partner and fired her in retaliation once she complained, saying any actions it took against her were for legitimate, nondiscriminatory reasons.
