Home Products Appeals Ironing Board Duties Ruling

Law360 (February 5, 2010, 1:33 PM EST) -- Chicago-based ironing board maker Home Products International Inc. has appealed a December judgment that upheld anti-dumping duties on a Chinese competitor, claiming the court wrongly backed the use of outdated financial statements and failed to remand the case in light of alleged sham documentation from the respondent.
