Court Won’t Compel Continental CEO Crash Testimony

Law360, New York (February 5, 2010, 2:07 PM EST) -- A Texas state appeals court has overruled a lower court's decision to force the former CEO of Continental Airlines Inc. to be deposed in a lawsuit over a December 2008 airplane crash that injured dozens of passengers, finding that the executive does not have unique or superior knowledge related to the accident.
