Judge Trims Damages In Yahoo, Microsoft Music Suit

Law360, New York (February 5, 2010, 6:50 PM EST) -- A federal judge has granted a request by Yahoo Inc. and Microsoft Corp. to limit potential statutory damages against them in a copyright infringement suit over their music download services.

Judge Todd J.
