US Sets Final Dumping Margins On Italian Pasta

Law360, New York (February 9, 2010, 1:47 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has set final weighted-average dumping margins for two major Italian pasta exporters that were found to be selling their products at less than normal value in the U.S.

In a Federal Register filing dated Tuesday, the agency placed a weighted-average margin of 8.54 percent on pasta maker PAM SpA and a weighted–average margin of 16.26 on pasta maker Pastificio Lucio Garofalo, two exporters selected as mandatory respondents in the review.
