Supreme Court Nixes Appeal In Deutsche Bank Case

Law360 (December 11, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Rebuffing calls from 42 states, the U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear a case which challenged a 27-year-old precedent holding that U.S. states are not immune from lawsuits brought against them in other states’ courts.
