Greenberg Tries Again To Nix Leviton Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (February 10, 2010, 5:54 PM EST) -- Greenberg Traurig LLP and three of the firm's partners have renewed their call for a malpractice suit against them to be dismissed, claiming that light switch maker Leviton Manufacturing Co.'s claims of sloppy patent lawyering are still untimely regardless of new arguments in an amended complaint.
