GE Partners Up To Buy $200M In Oil, Gas Reserves

Law360, New York (February 10, 2010, 2:08 PM EST) -- GE Energy Financial Services has formed separate partnerships with two energy companies in order to acquire almost $200 million in natural gas reserves in western Texas and oil and gas reserves in North Dakota.

The General Electric Co. unit said Wednesday that it had formed alliances with Marlin Energy LLC and Sequel Energy LLC to purchase the reserves.
