Schumer Suggests Ex-Cleary Atty For 2nd Circ. Spot

Lohier, the former Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP associate who currently heads the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, has been recommended for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
