MGM, Fox Seek Sanctions In 'Raging Bull' Rights Suit

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 12:26 PM EST) -- Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc. and Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment LLC have asked a federal judge to impose sanctions against the daughter of Frank Petrella, author of the “Raging Bull” screenplays and book, who purportedly waited two decades to sue for copyright infringement — amounting to an “unjustifiable delay.”
