Media Union Asks NLRB To Reconsider Dana Decision

Law360, New York (February 11, 2010, 6:15 PM EST) -- Communications Workers of America has appealed a decision by a National Labor Relations Board regional director decertifying a bargaining unit of AT&T Mobility LLC employees who joined the union through card check — the latest of several efforts by unions to challenge a 2007 NLRB decision giving employees the right to demand secret ballot elections following card-check certifications.
