Judge Paves Way For McKesson To Appeal IP Loss

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 12:30 PM EST) -- A federal judge has tossed the remaining claims in McKesson Information Solutions LLC's suit accusing rival Epic Systems Corp. of infringing a patent covering access to medical information over a computer network, opening the door for McKesson to appeal an earlier noninfringement ruling.
