Ex-Employee's Suit Calls Microsoft 'Lawless Place'

Law360, New York (February 12, 2010, 3:17 PM EST) -- A former employee who claims he was wrongfully terminated by Microsoft Corp. after complaining about his supervisor has filed a proposed class action accusing the technology giant of a variety of illegal employment practices including discrimination and retaliation.
