Bayer Asks To Stop Nazi References In Trasylol MDL

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 4:39 PM EST) -- Bayer Corp. has asked the judge overseeing the Trasylol multidistrict product liability litigation to force several plaintiffs to quit bringing up evidence and arguments suggesting a connection between the German drugmaker and Germany’s Nazi past.
