Taiwan Embassy Age Bias Case Survives Bid To Toss

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 1:31 PM EST) -- Taiwan's de facto embassy in the U.S. has lost a bid to toss age discrimination claims by three of its clerical workers, with a federal court ruling that the alleged wrongdoing is not protected by foreign sovereign immunity law.
