DOT OKs Oneworld Antitrust Immunity With Conditions

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 5:09 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Transportation has tentatively granted antitrust immunity for the Oneworld Alliance and proposed allowing British Airways PLC, American Airlines Inc. and Iberia LAE SA to jointly manage some routes between the U.S. and Europe as long as the carriers give up some slots at London's Heathrow Airport.
