Feds Eye Ex-Collins & Aikman CEO: Report

Law360, New York (December 12, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former chief executive of bankrupt auto parts maker Collins & Aikman is under investigation for suspected violations of federal securities laws, according to a published report.

Federal prosecutors are preparing to bring a case before a New York grand jury against David Stockman, who led the company before it collapsed into bankruptcy, as well as “other corporate officers,” ABC News reported.
