$40M Marathon Coverage Suit Returns To Ohio Court

Law360, New York (February 17, 2010, 12:20 PM EST) -- A federal judge has remanded a coverage dispute between Marathon Petroleum Co. LLC and its insurers to the Ohio state court where the company first filed suit seeking reimbursement of $40 million spent litigating a class action over contaminated gasoline.
