AT&T Seeks Appeal In Age Discrimination EEOC Suit

Law360, New York (February 16, 2010, 6:36 PM EST) -- AT&T Inc. is seeking to file an interlocutory appeal after a federal judge declined to dismiss a lawsuit filed by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission alleging AT&T violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act through a policy of not rehiring certain employees.
