Wackenhut, Ex-Security Guards To Duel Over Bonuses

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 12:38 PM EST) -- Security contractor Wackenhut Corp. and former employees who filed a class action alleging the company owes them bonuses are set to present their motions for summary judgment Wednesday in a hearing before a federal judge.

The parties filed their motions as letter briefs in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York this week. About 100 former Wackenhut employees who worked as security contractors at a nuclear power plant in New York allege they are entitled to a $4,000 bonus from the company....
