CIT Bars Report In Fight Over Chinese Paper Duties

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 3:11 PM EST) -- The U.S. Court of International Trade has refused to consider documentation that American paper companies claim proves that a Chinese paper company misled officials during a review of anti-dumping duties on lined paper.

Dealing a blow Wednesday to the Association of American School Paper Suppliers, Judge Evan J. Wallach concluded that the plaintiff waited too long to try and supplement the administrative record and will have to challenge the results of the anti-dumping review without the report in question.
