Gibson Dunn, Markstone Capital Tangle Over $1.3M Fee

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 3:53 PM EST) -- Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP has asked a judge to give the green light to arbitration in the law firm's dispute with Markstone Capital Partners LP over a $1.3 million legal bill related to a pay-to-play probe of the New York State Common Retirement Fund.
