Judge Nixes Stanford's Bid To Toss SEC Ponzi Suit

Law360, New York (February 18, 2010, 4:47 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied accused Ponzi schemer R. Allen Stanford's bid to dismiss the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's case against him, saying the financier must submit a motion aimed directly at the most recent version of the agency's complaint.
