Davis-Lynch, Weatherford Strike Deal Over Drilling IP

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 4:47 PM EST) -- A federal judge has given Davis-Lynch Inc. and Weatherford International Inc. until mid-March to submit documents related to a settlement in a patent infringement dispute brought by Davis-Lynch over oil and gas drilling technology, following the parties announcement of the deal in early January.
