Ex-DLA Piper Atty Loses Another Suit Against Firm

Law360, New York (February 19, 2010, 2:41 PM EST) -- A federal judge has thrown out the case of a former DLA Piper attorney who accused the firm of retaliating against her by showing sealed documents to a reporter during a separate race discrimination dispute.

Judge Lewis A. Kaplan of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York dismissed the case on Wednesday, ruling that Charlene Morisseau failed to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
