3M Slaps Safe Life With Patent Suit Over Respirators

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 12:57 PM EST) -- 3M Innovative Properties Co. has sued respirator maker Safe Life Corp. for allegedly infringing two patents covering respirator technology.

3M filed its complaint Feb. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, accusing California-based Safe Life and subsidiary Triosyn Corp. of infringing U.S. Patent Numbers 6,119,691 and 6,953,544 by selling certain respirator products.
