High Court Won't Hear Unisys' ERISA Appeal

Law360, New York (February 22, 2010, 4:36 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to weigh in on Unisys Corp.'s appeal of a ruling that it breached the Employee Retirement Income Security Act by terminating retiree health care coverage after implying the benefits were vested rights.
