2nd Circ. Tosses USIS Antitrust Suit Against Union

Law360, New York (February 23, 2010, 5:02 PM EST) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a lower court's dismissal of U.S. Information Systems Inc.'s suit accusing a union and other electrical contractors of conspiring to muscle the company out of the market for telecommunications wiring and systems installation work, a violation of the Sherman Act.
