Pfizer Seeks Sanctions In Wyeth Deal Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 24, 2010, 12:53 PM EST) -- Pfizer Inc. has asked a federal judge to sanction the plaintiffs who brought a suit challenging Pfizer's $68 billion buyout of Wyeth, accusing them of trying to disrupt the companies' integration, extort a settlement payment and drive up the costs of defending the suit.
