Judge Fines Lab, Scolds Seyfarth Atty In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 12:57 PM EST) -- A federal judge has sanctioned Brookhaven National Laboratories for missing a deadline to provide discovery information in an employment discrimination suit, and he scolded the lab's counsel at Seyfarth Shaw LLP for their arguments against the sanctions.
