Dispatcher Hits AAA With OT Class Action

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 6:35 PM EST) -- An employee of the American Automobile Association brought a putative class action against the company Thursday, accusing it of violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by not giving dispatchers credit for all hours worked in an effort to avoid paying them overtime wages.

Diane Sferrazzo, of Volusia, Fla., sued her employer in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on behalf of herself and others similarly situated.
