EEOC Wants Law Firm Docs In Sex Harassment Probe

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 5:24 PM EST) -- In an attempt to get to the bottom of sexual harassment allegations against Texas-based Malaise Law Firm PC, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has moved to force the firm to turn over its employment records.

The EEOC filed a subpoena enforcement action against Malaise on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, saying it had failed to comply with an administrative subpoena ordering it to turn over its employees' contact information.
