Military Base Toxic Water Claims Kept In Place

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 4:51 PM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down a bid by the U.S. government to throw out a lawsuit alleging that exposure to dangerous contaminants in the water supply at North Carolina's Camp Lejeune military base caused residents to suffer from a slew of health problems, including cancer and birth defects.
