Stock Options Probe Stalls Apple’s Annual Report

Law360 (December 15, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- On the heels of an internal investigation into its past stock options grants, California tech giant Apple Computer Inc. said Friday it has delayed filing its annual report with federal regulators.

The company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission that its independent auditors are reviewing the findings of the independent investigation as well as recent accounting guidance published by the agency.
