Domestic Cos. Appeal Saha Thai Steel Duty Ruling

Law360, New York (February 25, 2010, 6:42 PM EST) -- Two domestic producers of welded steel products have appealed a U.S. Court of International Trade decision to adopt revised duty rates for steel exporter Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Co. Ltd. that they argue have been calculated in an unlawful manner.

Allied Tube and Conduit Corp. and Wheatland Tube Co. gave notice of the appeal Thursday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, offering no grounds for their disagreement.
