Judge Orders Ariel Receiver To Pay Scott & Scott Fees

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 2:52 PM EST) -- A New York judge has ruled that the law firm Scott & Scott LLP should be paid for its “superlative job” on behalf of New York University from a fund accused of being a feeder for rogue investor Bernard L. Madoff, rejecting arguments from the fund’s receiver and New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.
