Court OKs $43M Settlement In Options Case

Law360, New York (December 18, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- The $43 million settlement reached earlier this year in the long-running class action antitrust case filed over the trading of stock options has been approved by a judge, paving the way for the distribution of the funds.

Judge Richard Casey of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York gave final approval to both the settlement amount and the class that will receive the funds.
