TMST Creditors Seek To Cut Venable’s Fees

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 1:52 PM EST) -- A group of unsecured creditors has criticized as excessive a request by TMST Inc.’s counsel for almost $500,000 in fees for certain work done in the real estate investment firm’s Chapter 11 case and asked for the fees to be reduced.
