ITC Renews Anti-Dumping Duties On Tape From Italy

Law360, New York (February 26, 2010, 4:08 PM EST) -- Sticking it to plastic tape manufacturers in Italy, U.S. trade officials have decided against lifting long-standing anti-dumping duties on tape imports in order to safeguard American manufacturers.

The U.S. International Trade Commission announced Friday that it would not revoke the existing anti-dumping duty imposed on pressure sensitive plastic tape from Italy, wrapping up the sunset review of the duties.
